Ben jij praktisch ingesteld en heb je verstand van chemie en techiek? Dan is deze baan iets voor jou! PolyVation zoekt een Process Technician die zelfstandig chemische processen uitvoert om hoogwaardige medische en farmaceutische polymeren te maken.
Je werkt in een nette en goed georganiseerde omgeving met duidelijke richtlijnen (ISO 13485 en GMP). Polymeer productie vindt plaats in clean rooms. Nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig werken is erg belangrijk.
Deze functie is fulltime (40 uur per week) in dagdiensten. Enige flexibiliteit wordt wel verwacht. Soms is je inzet buiten werktijden gewenst, op locatie of in consignatiedienst (tegen goede vergoeding).
Wat ga je doen?
- Voorbereiden van de productie
- Zelfstandig uitvoeren van processen
- Invullen en bijhouden van productierecords
- Constateren en melden van afwijkingen en verbeterpunten
- Onderhoud en kalibratie van apparatuur
- Schoon en netjes houden van de werkruimte (clean room)
- Meewerken aan procesverbeteringen
Wat breng jij mee?
- MBO-diploma in chemie, procestechniek of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied Ervaring in een productie setting (bijvoorbeeld in de medische, farmaceutische of chemische sector) is mooi meegenomen
- Goede communicatie en basiskennis Engels (lezen, schrijven en spreken, Nederlands is een plus)
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken
- Vaardig met computers en software
- Proactief en leergierig
- Werkvergunning (voor niet-EU-burgers)

Are you hands-on and knowledgeable about chemistry and technology? Then this job might be perfect for you! PolyVation is looking for a Process Technician who can independently carry out chemical processes to manufacture high-quality medical and pharmaceutical polymers.
You will be working in a clean and well-organized environment with clear guidelines (ISO 13485 and GMP). Polymer production takes place in clean rooms, where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) in day shifts. Some flexibility is expected, as you may occasionally be required to work outside regular hours, either on-site or on-call (with proper compensation).
What will you do?
- Prepare production activities
- Independently execute processes
- Complete and maintain production records
- Identify and report deviations and opportunities for improvement
- Perform equipment maintenance and calibration
- Keep the workspace (clean room) tidy and clean
- Contribute to process improvements
What do you bring?
- Vocational diploma (MBO) in chemistry, process technology, or a related field
- Experience in a production environment (for example in the medical, pharmaceutical, or chemical sector) is an advantage
- Good communication skills and basic English (reading, writing, and speaking; Dutch is a plus)
- Accurate and structured way of working
- Proficient with computers and software
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Work permit (for non-EU citizens)
