Process Engineer
For expansion of our team we are looking for a chemically/technologically trained specialist who helps us in developing and realizing new (chemical) production processes for new biomedical polymers or scaling-up existing processes and to execute these during the early phase after implementation. Basically, you work in the cross-over of development and manufacturing.
Environment
You will work in a quality driven environment according to ISO 13485 and GMP. Experience with working in such an environment would be perfect. Strong communication skills both in speech and in writing are important (ENG). You have to be able to work in a team, but at the same time take initiative and be selfstarting. It is important that you are observant and able to follow-up your observations (problem solver).
Your main activities
- Setting-up and qualify new (chemical) production processes
- Generate protocols, instructions and reports
- Function as lead operational person
- Train process operators
- Perform risk analyses
- Select, install and qualify (new) equipment
- Improve or further scale-up production processes
Your background
We are looking for a talented and eager person with relevant education and/or training at a MSc/BSc/Eng level.
